What are credits?
Credits are the platform currency used on AI Dubbing. You can use credits to generate AI-powered results, such as dubbing, voiceovers, subtitles, and other audio or video content. The number of credits required may vary depending on the tool you use, the length of your content, and the generation settings.
How do subscription plans work?
AI Dubbing currently offers monthly subscription plans based on your creative needs. Here’s how billing and credits work:
1. Billing and renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your subscription date each month until you cancel. If the monthly renewal payment fails, such as due to insufficient balance, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.
2. Monthly credit allocation
Subscription credits are added to your account every month according to your selected plan.
3. Expiration policy
Subscription credits do not roll over. Any unused subscription credits will expire and be cleared at the end of each billing month. Expired credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or restored.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Direct upgrades or downgrades are not currently supported. If you want to change your plan, please cancel your current subscription from the “My Subscription” page first, and then purchase the new plan you want.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “My Subscription” page in your account. No extra fees will be charged. After cancellation, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and your account will then return to the free plan.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
After you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue using your remaining subscription credits before they expire. Once the billing cycle ends, you will no longer be charged, and your account will return to the free plan.
Can I have multiple subscription plans at the same time?
No. Each account can only have one active subscription plan at a time. If you want to change your current plan, please cancel your existing subscription first and then purchase the new plan. If you only need more credits without changing your current plan, you can purchase a one-time credit package at any time.
Can I purchase multiple one-time credit packages?
Yes. You can purchase multiple one-time credit packages at any time, and the credits will be added to your account. For example, if you purchase a 600-credit package and a 2,800-credit package, you will receive a total of 3,400 credits. Credits purchased through one-time credit packages are permanent and do not expire.
What is the difference between Free, Subscription, and One-time Pack credits?
● Free credits: Designed to reward your daily activities (such as logging in, sharing, etc.). Please note that these credits have a time limit and will be automatically refreshed and cleared at the end of the cycle (daily/weekly). 'Earn and use immediately' is the best strategy.
● Subscription Credits: These credits are granted on a monthly basis as part of your subscription plan. They do not roll over or accumulate, and will automatically expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Once expired, they cannot be restored.
● One-time Pack Credits: These are your permanent balance purchased via one-time packs. They have no expiration date and will never be automatically cleared. These credits remain in your account until they are actually consumed for generation services.

● Free Credits: Yes, they expire. Free credits have different expiration cycles depending on how they were earned (e.g., daily or weekly). They will be automatically cleared once their specific cycle ends.
What is the order of point deduction?
To provide the best value, our system consumes credits in this order: Free Credits (expire daily) → Subscription Credits (expire monthly) → One-time Pack Credits (permanent).
Is the website free to try?
Yes. You can earn free credits every day by logging in, sharing, or following our social media accounts. These credits allow you to try AI Dubbing's core features before purchasing a paid plan.
Can I use the generated videos, audio, and subtitles for commercial purposes after paying?
Yes. You may use the generated videos, audio, and subtitles for commercial purposes, as long as you have the necessary rights or permissions for the files, materials, or content you upload. Please note that you may not use celebrities, copyrighted IP characters, brand assets, or any other unauthorized content for commercial purposes.
